Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

...Hihi, that is very kind of you ... though, it wasn't all that much during the past three years, elamanamou wrote: ↑10 Apr 2022, 15:12Glad you had a wonderful time and a big thankyou for all your hard work you put in to Sisters Wiki and Hl.
I seriously think you should get a freebie to a show!
as I had to look to my own developments ... ... now that's (hopefully) all done and I can
soon start working from a better basis.

I think I saw a reviewer who said the record sounds like an overcast sky. I agree, and mean that in the best possible sense. I'm really enjoying it so far.

New Spiritualized. I'd gone off them a bit in recent years, and on first listen of this, one song is genius, up there with the best of anything they've ever done; a few are decent enough, and the rest are the kind of snoozy dad rock they've been peddling over the last few LPs. Overall I'd probably rank it as their best since the first half of Songs in A&E.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
I really liked it too, although it is quite short. Have a triffic show on Tuesday
