It is. This concert is part of the "Hessentag". As they say on their homepage: "Hessentag is the annual state festival of Hesse. It is considered the oldest and largest state festival in Germany". 226 events on 9 days; theatre, comedy, concerts. Among them Mando Diao, Judas Priest and the Sisters.

If the quote above is accurate, I wonder what the Sisters were set to be paid. Metallica, Limping Park, and other big names - too good to be true for only 3rd edition. Shame for The Band and their followers.
