Mmm, only 23 posts in 2 years is quite poor I admit. I think I actually lurked for a good few years before that though! (And since 96 or so on Dominion).christophe wrote:I did, great to meet you Bryan (even though I couldn't remember a Mish from the forum)Mish wrote:Glad you liked the place!James Blast wrote:I bloodbrother be!

On our way back through Schiphol the other week, having been asked by one of the Dutch check-in staff, I tried (and failed) to explain who Sir Jim was, and why I was wearing a badge with his face on.boudicca wrote: JIMMY FCUKING SAVILLE!!!!
It seemed funny. I've also got David Hasselhof, and Ant 'n' Dec.James Blast wrote:eh..why were you wearing a badge with his face on?
You were in the right place if the bus broke down then.boudicca wrote:OHMIGOD OHMIGOD OHMIGOD I nearly forgot!
Guess who we saw on our way up to the Clachaig, where we were staying? JIMMY FCUKING SAVILLE!!!!
Winding down the road, our bus driver suddenly honked his horn and everyone turned to look out the window. He was standing outside some place (his own house I think?), cigar in hand and everything. He was only missing a Jim'll fix it medal, perhaps not even that... I didn't have a good enough look.
I then had to explain to Christophe the concept of Jimmy Saville...
