Room cleared (yes
Claire, the 'Groovey Chair' is still in situ), curtains washed and hung, food and drink bought (The Mum wasn't stabbed in ASDA,
close thing 'tho), manicotti, lasange (sorry
Ems), coronation chicken and chilli con carne
all lined up (see what I did there
Zed?)
The soundtrack is gonna have to be... come as you are, because I haven't gotten round to it. Sorry.
I've tons of progressive rock on cassette anyway, so we're sorted.
Zuma will nae doubt bring his acoustic guitar, so drunken, blues style versions of The Sisters Of Mercy tunes will be hammered out in the wee sma' hours.
Neighbour on the left is away, neighbour on the right is a fu
ckin' building site! and has been for over two years. Fu
ck him and his family!
This is
my day and I want everyone to leave
in ribbons and happy. I'm fed up going to funerals that are '
a celebration' of a persons life.
I want my cake now!
And I want my friends to enjoy a slice or two, while I'm still with them!
Not much to ask, really.
to quote Richard Jobson of SKIDS:
"Peas sure look divine
mumble, mumble, mumble
There's masses of lamb
mumble, mumble, mumble
Barman, a soda"
PS. there will be a call from an international recording artist and preview of an unreleased track

Plan? no-one told me there'd be plans.
We get to Glasgow Central around 3pm, then got to find our way to our hotel in Cambuslang somehow. Planning on heading to Blast's via taxi for about 7ish?

Same here, especially now I've had a blether with just about everyone there
. They're sounding like they're having an absolute ball. In the words of Blaast himself, wee Andrew and Si : the place is mobbed and fun is had. Zuma's been in charge of the BBQ and James is one very happy fella. I've been promised incriminating piccies will be forthcoming...
