Crash - the staff are more friendly/helpful there as well.

Phoned Jumbo records today to check/cancel my order through them, they don't seem to have everything under control was my impression. Probably ordering from aloud.com later today.
However, the guy told me lots of people from all over Europe had called and had problems with ordering from them, and I also got the impression these two gigs are selling rather fast.
Here as well:

So I think it's a good idea to order now rather than wait until december or next year.

Thanks for the kind words about the Crash website and our helpful staff. We are expecting printed tickets to be dropped in to us on Monday 20th September, we will then starting posting website and telephone orders out. You can also choose the collect at Crash option with us, and as many of you seem to be planning to stay at the Travelodge on Vicar Lane, you will be about 1 minute walking distance away from the shop! We also have a collect at venue option too. There has been a request from someone to use Paypal. We don't have that set up on the website but we do have a Paypal account, so email
ian@crashrecords.co.uk and I will be able to sort that out.
Cheers,
Ian

I believe you. It sounded as if the problem concerned orders from outside the UK.
