I think VOC's "Go for it, one of the rarest bootlegs around" did the job

I've got a clear vinyl copy of Black Dominion, but it's not a box set, so I guess it's not as rare??
Here's a rather poor pic:
I really must register on the wiki and add some paragraphs of the stuff I've got at some point, it's a shame a lot of the pages have no information and between us, we must have all of it!!

The Black Dominion clear vinyl is limited to 20 copies as far as I know, hence as rare as the box set
So I tend to guess, that it would sell for a nice price, too.
The rarest of these items is the box set containing a clear vinyl (very few copies).
I hope, that helps.

Additional info:
- the regular black vinyl has blue or yellow labels
- the clear vinyl has yellow labels
- the black vinyl in the box set has red labels
I've never seen the clear vinyl in the box set.

Yes, please, do so! It's not that difficult! Just have a look at pages, I have already done, and you will soon get the trick.
Or, if there should be a problem with editing there is a Wiki Help (in plenty languages)
AND you can always ask - me or one of the administrators here in one of these threads ...
Sisters Wiki und Feedback
Sisters Wiki under Sisters Resources
Anyway, I shall take advantage of your "poor picture" and create a
Black Dominion page
as soon as possible ...

As with Kill the lights, I'll be happy to help out with some pics if needed (all items besides the clear vinyl in the box)

Yes, please ... anyway, I'd like to show a picture of every vinyl colour available for each bootleg ...
...
Though in some cases, this seems to be quite a job ...
... but I think it looks just pretty and cool ...
The Kill The Lights Page does already exist. I will add a picture of the shirt, though ...
And then there is ONE important question to all you collectors:
Too detailed pictures of everything might in some cases inspire bootleggers to duplicate even box set, won't they?
Of course not when it comes to vinyl colours, but still maybe labels or whatever might mark some very rare article.
So, don't you think there should be some "security measures" in certain cases (like more or less unreadable
pictures for example) allowing people to get the idea but no basis for a direct copy? What do you think?

Good point in times of the "Greek", who already did produce a fake of the Testament of Ivar L box as far as I reckon as well as a fake "test pressing" of the Final floorshow lp (homemade vinyl and poor xerox inserts)
Maybe at least some protection measures are worth considering...

You're worrying about people bootlegging bootlegs?
Posted: 07 Nov 2011, 22:18
by Victim of Circumstance
I know it sounds strange, but us collectors paid a rather high amount of money for some bootlegs and bootlegging (ie. faking) these items is not the idea of collecting rare items and - in addition - somehow destroys value ...
