Ok, Mulder.
Mulder's far better than Purple Light! Damn!
I've got a new resolution anyway, in 2009 I'd like to move off this planet to another one.

On my list as well - right after 'FINISH something, dammit!!!'
(Long talk with another member of my writers' group today about how we each plan to accomplish that...)
Also:
Lose the weight I accumulated sitting at a desk for past three years and not dancing enough
Finally cat-proof my home so I can acquire some felines - I've been without for too long!
Relieve myself of the ton of material possessions that have been following me around for the past *mumbldymumble* years and no longer have any relevance whatsoever to my life (other than as a monthly storage expense...)

Set up a dark room
Learn to do self promotion in relation to my photography (on other places than here)
Have fun
Travel
Buy cameras
Listen to more music
Move out
And more along those lines! I think saving will be a tad hard reading all that though

Oh holy f**king gods nononono. I wish you hadn't posted that lolcat. Betta + cup - filtration or heating or properly sized tank = Early death if the cat didn't eat him first.
Ok. Breathe. New years resolutions:
1. Lose 8 stone. This will take about 2 years in total but I started jogging about a week ago so this must continue, along with the diet until I look normal and not Jupiter-ish.
2. Save money ( who isn't? )
3. Learn to drive. Be it car or Moped/scooter thingy. I must have my own transport it's getting ridiculous at the age of 26.
4. Stop faffing and dithering and being nervous.

Great stuff but FFS do it with a friend or someone you can trust- first time I did it someone thought it would be funny to see if they could encourage me to stab a flatmate of ours and it wasn't a great experience
Did loads in my twenties and loved it, mind
I've got some San Pedro waiting for my first weekend back in uni.
Seriously, I've been wanting to, since, when last
in orbit, I had a rush of "How can people even consider hurting one another?" and loads more along those lines... realising that if I'm capable of such thought, I should be able to bring that out of my mind eventually without chemicals.
I think I'm becoming a hippy.

Well, I was going to cut down on The Cure, but with Wembley 2008 dvd staring me in the face, that one went out of the window pretty fast.
Going to source some sort of correspondence degree course prolly. IT perhaps, as those chaps have seriously p!ssed me off in 2008 & so the time has come to do the thing proper like (
Si, if you have any suggestions, drop me a line).
Not going to chuck cigarette butts on the floor (don't do it a lot anyway, in fact I tend to use bins an awful lot) anymore.
Going to make a concerted effort to stay in touch with my bruvver & his family.
Try to go swimming regularly. Used to when I was younger & miss it.
Going to stop drinking pastis 51.
Prolly be more, but that's enough to start with right?
wish me luck.

I resolve to go back to school.
I also resolve to not fight a bobcat. Far too many bobcat fights last year.
I also also resolve to maybe shape up a smidge so I can perhaps jog five yards without falling down and having a heart attack. Maybe. If I can be bothered.

Stopped smoking 1,5 years ago, no problem.
Can really follow with drinking, it is really becoming a problem here as well, not for wife and kid (yet), but *I* think it is a problem and that's enough cause to tackle it.
Also, more time for myself and music again. I am neglecting a lot of stuff for the sake of 'I got a house, a wife and a little daugher now so they should deserve ALL my attention'. Which is wrong. You need time alone to enjoy time together.
No other resolutions apart from cleansing this world of dickheads or throw some well-aimed nuclear bombs here and there so people can start all over again.

first and foremost I'd like to take it easy, or at least easier. 2009 was a good year but way too many things have happenned really now I need to slow down to keep my sanity
and well the following:
work on the new house maybe finish it by summer
keep up the exercise routine (otherwise my brain explodes)
more sex, books and rock 'n roll
get my contract renewed or get a new job in June-July
start learning Dutch (this will depend on work issues should be able to see by mid-January)
if I have my contract renewed then start preparations for doctorate in 2011.
I need to see the sisters this year
have a nice housewarming party in the summer
would like to see my friends and more
I need to see my family in Hungary at least every three months
let's hope I can manage this soemhow
