Got the tickets...........Hotel's booked............just looking at flights, where's best to land, Heathrow or Gatwick?, we're staying in Covent Garden.

Heathrow is closer. Then just hop on the Piccadilly line tube and it'll take you straight to Covent Garden. :)

Just watch out that the Heathrow Express will fleece you £15 each to get to Paddington. It gets you there in 15 mins though or the long way is the tube from Heathrow which takes about an hour if I remember..

The Cult...one good song, She Sells Hoof, does not a good band make. AC DC are good though if you like that kind of gear. And Ian's Jim impressions are good though.

I like bands that have way with words, like REM, Motorhead etc, Ha ha

I was in LA RIVIERA seeing THE CULT and it was superb!!

if you´ve got a choice of see them, don´t think about it DO IT!!!
And that's what we did!!!
Two nights of pure rock 'n roll.
In Amsterdam they played fast, very loud and Ian was clearly impressed by the circumstances.
The venue in Tilburg was much bigger and if Amsterdam was hot, this was hot, hotter, hottest!!!
From the first notes of Lil' Devil, you knew it would be very tight again.
What an amazing, energetic live band this is!!!

Setlist Tilburg

Lil' Devil
Sweet Soul Sister
The Witch
Electric ocean
Spirit walker
Revolution
Rain
In the clouds
Wonderland
Edie (ciao baby) (Wonderful acoustic version)
Fire Woman
Rise
Wild Flower
Love Removal Machine

Phoenix
She Sells Sanctuary

Ian must have felt Heartland was there cause he dedicated Phoenix to us, Sisters of Mercy fans 8) :notworthy: :notworthy:
That was a lovely moment in the set.

My dominion it was nice meeting you again and many thanks for the poster of the gig :notworthy:
It already has a special place in our house.

And christophe, it is always a pleasure seeing you. I'm very happy you joined us on this steamy trip and I think you enjoyed it just as much as we did and sorry for attacking your toes with my sharp heels

To everybody who's gonna see them in the near future, it is really something to look forward to.

Good to see you had a great time with those Cult shows :D

As you may have noticed, I didn't make it this time. No cash in my pockets and it was way too hot to get in a club with loads of sweaty people.

Maybe we can get together once more in a nice etablissement, have a few drinks and talk about the gigs

& Libby, I miss your Eddie Vedder-avatar... :(
