festival sets tend to be a little shorter than the typical gig set. (although not usually that short!)

Yeah I know it's usually shorter at festivals.. just a little bit too short I think..!

Guess we can rule out the 20 minute Sister Ray-medley then.

Got a reply about why I can't order the ticket online:

"We are sorry but the problem is that the organizer does not allow credit card transactions form Poland."

and:

"It should be OK to buy tickets at the entrance on August 5th."

Well I hope it WILL be OK.
I hate being a Pole, I really hate it. Not for the first time and not last probably.

I've seen lot of gigs in Lokerse feesten. It's never sold out (even for The Cure !) so don't be afraid...

The Lokerse Feesten hardly ever sell out and although the place is going to fill up nicely for the Sisters, there's always peepz leaving during the show because they don't play Heartland anymore :innocent:

In other words: you'll get in there, sister!
If you do like to get a ticket in advance, send a pm and we'll work something out. 8)

Thanks people :notworthy: . Well given the fact that I'm arriving in Lokeren on the day before the gig I hope it'll be OK.

oh s**t.

i just checked the train schedule and it looks like the last train from Lokeren to Antwerp is at 23:25. no more trains until 04:39 :|

i'm not really familiar with the area (and i couldn't find any useful info on the festival website), so would any of you guys know any other way i can get my arse to Antwerp after the gig?

I don't know why I'm explaining this, but tis a thing called irony, dude :innocent:

And yeah, I was there 5 years ago and sure the sound was amazing. Hell, I'll go a bit further than that: it was one of their best gigs of the 'new' millenium!

On the other hand, no... sound sucks, lights are better...

Nope, you can have a few drinks after the gig and take that first train in the morning or ride along with somebody... I'll be passing by Antwerp on my way home at some point, but that'll most probably be a good while after that 4:39 train :D
