God knows how these things pass me by - prob because I'm now middle-agded and boring - but I see that Killing Joke are playing one of those there 'gigs' in Auckland in June.

I'm of a mind to go - it's a band who I REALLY liked for a bit in the 80s but haven't paid any attention to since at least 'A Love like Blood'.

I'm guessing it would be fairly good - any opinions?

BTW as it's Mr Coleman's p/t home these days, we might get something a little above the norm - put in extra effort for his home crowd as such - not they have ever officially played here before...

Last time I saw them was when they were touring the album with Marbles on - I just found out how long ago that was.

Too late for good seats for this tour but one day I'll see them again

Spiritualized! :notworthy:

It's been far too long since I've last seen 'em and would be hellishly rude not to go. :D

me too, Bristol O2 though....can't wait. Still struggling to get his Steve Buscemi face out of my head though, following his recent bust with the law in the States....hope he looks more like the Peter we know & love on the tour...
