Currently listening to. The expanded remastered box set.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I just realized last week that despite being a huge fan of it, despite knowing almost every track almost inside-out, I never actually owned a copy!

Put to right. :D
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

CLT to new David Bowie track: The Stars (Are Out Tonight).

http://www.vevo.com/watch/david-bowie/t ... RV31300002

I much prefer this to the first track he released off the new album.

(Also, contains Tilda Swinton :) )

Johnny Marr's new album: The Messenger

Image

http://open.spotify.com/user/quiffboy/p ... AjUd7UBCsl

Went to a secret surprise Johnny Marr gig last night.

We all found out about it half an hour before it started... Us and about 80 other people in a small bar in the centre of Manc listening to his band debut their album :o :notworthy:

Some cracking tunes on there, and last night he also did a couple of Smiths tunes (Bigmouth and How Soon Is Now), an Electronic song (Forbidden City) and an encore of I Fought The Law which was amazing :D

Sometime I love living in Manchester 8)

enjoy :D

the new songs are really groovy and their styles span his entire career - he can really bash out a proper racket when he wants to... to be fair, marr's vocals were the weakest part of the show, but i've seen bands who's "proper" singer sounds worse

top night all in all 8)
