Google+ - the "circles" feature (where you can divide your contacts into friends, work colleagues, family, stalkers, etc) seems like a very good improvement on Facebook's "share everything with everyone" approach.

Even though I know Facebook and Google both have shedloads of us anyway, how good an idea is it to basically have these merged? I'm not entirely convinced I want that...

today's talk went so well i was invited onto the panel at the end of the day for the q+a session

the guy from apple had to pull out :9 (:o) so i was sat next to the uk director of search at microsoft (essentially the head of bing uk)

It's probably just a matter of time until FB is going to include a more or less similar feature.

what do you use, preferably free, to rip DVD to AVi? In particular on occasions where there are many 'blocks/chapters'? within the source DVD
