Time to de-lurk! Been skulking about Heartland for a couple of years now. I will be at Glasgow on the 8th of May. Only my fourth Sisters gig, but have been into the band since early 90's.

It's the official name for the colour of unbleached cotton
There was a bit of a craze for it in the early 90's, lot's of bands offered ecru tops in their mail order and at gigs.
The Sissies... did one that I wore at the Barrowlands gig in 2003, and will wear again quite soon
p.s. pib's got HL 06W, and I've got HL 06E!

Cheers for the welcome guys. Not long after I posted my broadband went down (ooh-err!), but it's working fine now! I've still to decide on my attire for the night, not sure if it'll be red or very faded blacky-grey t-shirt.

Just steer clear of
ecru, and you'll be fine.

I've actually got one of the ecru T-shirts as well!
I bought it in the Reptile House Bargain T-shirt Bonanza back in 1993ish. Also got the white one (Wembley?) complete with drawing pin holes! I wear the white one more than the ecru one. At least twice a year without fail...

Hmmm.... I always thought blagging was sort of getting something that was not rightfully yours, but in a kind of sneaky way, rather than the out-and-out YOINKage that Steven indulged in the other day...

"obtaining something not rightfully yours.....probably in a sneaky way.."
sounds like stealing to me.

Yowser,
Ad for the tour in the filthy NME today, still no bloody mention of Glasgow
Then again the didn't bother mentioning the Astoria either
(even if it's sold out, marketting nous would suggest including it)
