Now I see....Andrew told the Zottegem festival to organise this years' edition on that day.

I always thought the organisation contacted the Sisters to ask them to come out and play....I guess I am still half asleep.

It wasn't so much that he told them, it was much more through projecting his divine willpower that the organisation received the vision (thing) of organising the festival on that day with the Sissies for a headliner. I mean, gods do not have to use speech to convey their messages, as is evidenced at the gigs...
