Great great gig. Really great. Good to see people too.

I told Chris that Eureka's are now my second favourite band in the world. I think he took it as a compliment.

Is that pub the one we went to before the night at Santiago's a couple of years back? It was when Zeno, Pista and Scotty and Michael were all down.

Aye, it'd be really (really) good if anyone fancying a good night out chose this particular night out, for sure. Definitely a case of the more, the merrier. There will be four bands playing and it'll be ace.

Support for the show comes from Shush (who are great), Night By Night (for whom I'm sure few of you would require any introduction), and possibly one other. Ace.

a bit late in the day I know ,but a review of EM @ London 29.04 in this months edition of Record Collector:
Chris Catalyst and Ben Christo are the guitarists for Sisters Of Mercy, but when not on tour with chief Sister Andrew Eldritch, they play in their own bands, Night By Night and Eureka Machines. Both play diametrically opposed music to that of the Sisters, but it all goes down a storm at this show. Night By Night are first up and play a sleek form of anthemic AOR, with more than a nod to Bon Jovi and Def Leppard, influences which Christo and the band push to the limit with big riffs and even bigger choruses. Eureka Machines are a different beast altogether, with a quirky, punked-up brew of theatrics and garage-rock that is two parts Ramones and one part Devo. Both bands are quite unlike anything else, and seen together like this, make for a weirdly complementary bill.
