Any know if the boys all went their separate ways after Nottingham?

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

Very good question. Don't want to dig too much into it, but hope they didn't :)

Von being old and infirm will have gone into distance mode. He may be there for some time.

Thanks for the shout Planet Dave! Although I was unaware I had a plan.
Thanks also to EMWK for extracting me from a dark corner of the Dry Dock.

It didn't look as pink in real life  or maybe the assorted pale ales had an editing effect.

I'm a supporter of ruffers and THAT shirt, but if anyone hasn't got the stomach for it then

Do we think September will actually happen? The shows, not the month. "Health experts" are saying large gatherings may not be possible until 2021.

I think it's too difficult to call right now.
There's talk of Italy and Spain starting to ease restrictions.
If we see a spike in infections/deaths in the wake of that, or in other countries, then we'll surely be back to lockdown again.

Thanks - long time lurker, first time poster.

Have low expectations for more US shows anytime soon, so I thought travel may be in order...until all the dire COVID-19 predictions. Don't want to invest time/money, if the shows could end up being moved again.

I've kept my tickets for the Netherlands gigs and arranged flights. I'm not massively optimistic that they will go ahead, but bloody hell need to try to look forward to something.

if you are coming in from the US, will need to make sure you can actually travel in before booking anything really. I have a gig in the US end of August, I dont expect that to go ahead either, so i think you have to wait a bit longer before starting to commit. I think if the gigs won't go ahead they will just cancel and concentrate on the 2021 gigs, or at least I assume so.

This is a much more sensible answer than mine. Especially as I appear to be 24/7 lockdown wine sampling.

I'd say that Sisters gigs are not 'large gatherings'. they are a couple thousand peeps max. festivals and shit are large gatherings with 40,000 +. i want to go to mera luna this year to be honest.
my plan is to get smuggled out of the uk thru the chunnel sans a passport and stay on the mainland until i get deported back here. this fucking cuntrys pissing me off. we get an utter fucking facist cunt in charge and every fucking knee-jerk liberal cunt and their hairdresser loses their shit because i genuinely and utterly hope the cunt dies. nobody used to have such pro-facist views and sensibilities about Thatcher. didnt we fight wars agaiinst facism?
