I have also added a 6 pages article just out in the french mag called D-side (it comes out every two months with a cd, on the march/april edition there is a cover of Lucretia executed by the band called J.GOLO feat. GRE XXL).
The article features words by Von and other former members like Hussey, Wayne was interviewed about the Sisters playing in France and it syas: "I think it would never happen before earth disappears" :)

Thanks for the article, which I found quite interesting despite some inacurracies. Wayne's comments were all quite enlightening, and he seems to have a genuinely humble attitude towards his role in the history of the band.

Well it should come as no surprise that a French magazine features articles in the French language...
IMHO the mot interesting bits are Wayne's inputs. Maybe one of us will find the time to offer a translation. Apart from that I doubt there's anything you don't already know.

I exactly the same thing.
Sorry it is too long to translate, there is really nothing new in the biography, but as I sayd Wayne's words are the most interesting and it seems that after some years he now understands Von's behaviour.

Time heals everything. Well almost...
If I find the time tomorrow I'll start translating bits of the article. I can't promise anything though.

I'll be there on may the 14th... I can't believe it yet... I'm going to look at the Sisters Of Mercy...

:D

It's been the same for Bauhaus... and I wasn't disapointed at all... Now I hope that the Sisters' show will be as good as Bauhaus' one.

See ya all in Paris :notworthy: !

The Bauhaus show in Paris was good but not as good as what I had expected, the beginning was more tahn chaotic, and the sound took some time to be well blanced, I really started to enjoy the show in the middle of the set.
Anyway I have a great quality bootleg recording of it
