According to
clicky, "British recommendations are two to three units of alcohol a day for women and three to four units for men. It's a good idea to have two or to three alcohol-free days each week."
There are nine units in a 750ml bottle of wine if it's 12% ABV...

After having had a rather stunning Brunello di Montalcino (:notworthy:) I moved on to cognac, but as I just peeled some skin off my palate (mmm, hot food) that bloody hurts
Apart from that it tastes more than gorgeous
