1917-D Type I. MS-65 FH (PCGS).
An incredibly lovely gem with bold lustre and a needle-sharp strike in all aspects of the design. Satiny surfaces, largely brilliant at the obverse center with deep gold and violet at the rim, the reverse a study in even golden toning.

I'd hardly say that crazy stylists from model jobs I did when I was younger are a good proxy for my ability to find rare vinyl, eh?
Though it is true that I got hold of both Damage Done and Body Electric after I cut my hair and got a job, I'll give you that.
