The all new 'Who's Going Where and When' thread

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Thinking of going to Guido Belcanto tomorrow at the Sfinx festival...
(Only the Belgians and perhaps some of the Dutchies will know him I guess)
It's free, he's on at 5pm so it can be a family thing. Let's hope it doesn't rain

Off tonight to Edinburgh for the opening week of the Fringe 8)
Dim, through the misty panes and thick green light,
As under a green sea, I saw him drowning.

Our Black Sabbath tickets came this morning. 8)
Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

I thought it was great!
Last time I saw them they played around the 120 db mark or so and you can imagine that that noise was so much to handle that you couldn't even hear anything else but noise (no voices, no subtility). It was more like an event, but had little to do with the music.
This time around we've got pretty severe db limits forced by law. A thing MBV really didn't like and we'll probably don't see them again in Belgium anytime soon. But, playing around the 100db level, did help to open up the sound. Belinda & Kevin's voices were audible, as was the bass, synth & guitars... I recognised almost every song  Their final noise-a-thon was much shorter as usual, but for the rest it was a very decent gig. Glad I've seen them again, I even made a blurry pic:
