The Lee Harvey Oswald Band's classic Blastronaut!. The whole record is good (if you like equal parts Bowie and lo-fi midwestern filth), but this song, "Surrender Earthlings" is probably my favorite.

Thinking about it now.... I could actually imagine Von and the lads getting a good laugh out of covering this.

Johnette Napolitano's Exquisite Corpses. I'm only four or five songs in, but I really like it. She's always been one of my musical heroes. I'm pretty sure the first thing I ever learned to play on the bass was a Concrete Blonde song.

LP for 15 euro well worth a buy. Still funny and 'Drink Till I Die' is still brilliant (sounds like how Motorhead should have sounded)
