yes, they were very good indeed .. I'm sure they played everything you'd want them to play (and very well too) including a drum solo in a prog sylee.

The Seventh Cavalry are surrounded and the drums have been beating all through the night.
Custer say's "It'll be hell when the drums stop".
"Why?" asks the new recruit.
"Bass solo" Custer replies.

They were brilliant like usual. Ness is right though. Stand too close to the (brilliant) drummer & he's all you can hear. They don't use monitors so what you hear is the actual drums being hit VERY hard.

Good mixture from both albums including most of the favourites.

The stage set up, combined with how they play makes it seem very much like you've walked into a practice session & they don't really know you're there.

I'm sure you'll love it too bagpipe boy.

Same here, I saw them in Bristol on Friday, it wasn't sold out, like I expected it to be, but that's life. Starting the gig at around 8.00 pm isn't much good, especially if you get there at 8.20!! Mainly due to the punk/metal club that followed.
Still it was a top show and I agree with all the above posts about the drummer. But we stood on the other side so all we could hear was guitars.

I did indeed biggy, superb gig :D , a live act not to be missed.

And it was the fist time I've ever been to a gig and not come out stinking of fag smoke :D
