If anyone still cares (I just saw this thread), this pic was first published in "Beyond The Blackout #4," a Los Angeles based fanzine, in 1985, along with other pix of The Cramps, The Cult, Simple Minds, etc. CRamps are on the cover. The purple-text Sisters fanzine reprinted it from there.9while9 wrote:Who is this man?
