moving out

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I still live at home, but, as soon as I get enough money, I’m moving to morocco or france.

Aim high, Nick! :notworthy:

I was lucky enough to get into the spare room at Chez eldritchboulevard, then scoring the room in the current Sinister Towers.

It's always good to have friends in low places.

I left home for college at 18 - does that count as leaving home? I would spend my summer break at home. My father paid for my education in full which makes me quite fortunate. From that point forward I worked, went to grad school and started a family - never to move back. But then again, I never wanted to move back.

Yeah, well I left home when I was a sperm.

I shared a two room apartment with a bunch of clowns. I had to get out of there, hanging around with other melancholy sperm who swam around aimlessly not knowing where they were going in life - the tissue or the womb - was driving me crazy.

Being brave is coming home at 2am half drunk, smelling of perfume, climbing into bed, slapping the wife on the arse and saying,"right fatty, you're next!!"
