I actually liked the first Libertines album, but the rest of Doherty’s work is utter p*ss.
I remember reading an article in a newspaper proclaiming Doherty was the modern Morrissey, writing poetry for a new generation of dissatisfied youth. Where the hell did they get that idea from?
They have to build something up to knock down, I guess.
