Songs that sound uncannily alike another?.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Detonation Boulevard...The Sisters Of Mercy

Still...The Sisters of Mercy.

Still is better though, so we don't mind that one.
There is increasing evidence to suggest that Chris may have been being sarcastic.

Just sounded like a lot of rather turgid noise to me, am I missing something? :innocent:

Bring it on  . They can't kick the s**t out of me and keep their noses wedged up Our Fearless Leader's skinny white arse at the same time.

Anyway, even Von knows it's pish, really. He's in stitches behind that wall of dry ice.

from another place:

SEPARATED AT BIRTH Parishioner Alex Pullan: Whlist listening to the excellent 'Razorlight' album t'other day my wife pointed out that the track I Can't Stop This Feeling I've Got is uncannily similar to the David Brent opus Free Love Freeway. By Gad - she's right!

Skeletal Family - the whole Futile Combat album

& Steps, being chased across moorland by a pack of rabid dogs, whilst wearing razor wire underpants, and being stung by a swarm of angry bees, whilst Chris De burgh shouts Lady in Red at them through a megaphone whilst repeatedly stabbing them with a pitchfork, and someone else beats a rusty shovel against a brick wall to provide the melody

I can't tell the difference
