THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Then you haven't heard about a band from Sweden or Denmark or something like that. They're called 'I'm from Barcelona' and apparently there are 28 members Even more than 25men

God, must be 'take-your-dad-to-Glasto' day then. Now if only Kylie played, Andy could have made a guest apperance and freak the hell out of those pesky kids. And throw a version of Jolene in there too.

Planty as wel that figues being the same management and all.
Be good to see Strange sensation again, though 2 members I saw playing in a latin jazz band with boris williams from the cure on drums! the band was called somethin like the vibratones!!!
to derail, slightly, I won Bert Planet and The Burning Sensations album off a Marc Riley show on 6Music and being honest, it really isn't very good. Think I played it twice. Bert's classics are the first two then Now and Zen. IMO
Shaken and Stirred may have the gorgeous pouting Toni Halliday on fem vox, but it's a mess.

Is that the box set? Well I still stand by my initial critique but I should add: Fate of Nations is also very good.
