Alas, I can't achieve any similar feat. I'm 6'1" and have a larger skeletal frame than most guys around here (I could kill someone with one of my thighbones!
), and I probably weigh more than most of them, too (unless they're seriously anorexic). Feh. I need to find

I still wonder how people manage to stay as thin as that..
You know, when my car broke down a few years ago I had no other choice to get to work than my bike. for about 6 months. 30 KM every day, every weather, no excuses.
According to the body mass index I was adipose at that time.
Funniest thing, after going by bike for two weeks, I had
gained 2 Kilogramms.. did I go at grandpa velocity? NAE! Best time between getting up and arriving at work: 45 minutes, that is somewhat over 30 minutes for ten miles on a weary squeaky old bike.
