the new album is only available via a small apartment in Leeds. I'll ask this weekend
You'll have to share it with me by Monday evening if you want me to forgive you for the word "runt". :D

I've just spent 9 minutes on google in search for an emoticon that could express the value of my rage, but could not find any. They all look far too lenient, and not dangerous enough.

ETA: but I *do* like this, and pretty much anything else that the legendary George Barris ever "kustomized" (including a certain vehicle that was used in a certain band's video...). *Swoon*, *drool*, etc., etc. \m/ ;D :notworthy: :von:

Fastbacks rule indeed, :notworthy: I'd rather stick to the original Stang than the later models myself though to be honest. Shelbys are always nice though :D

Today was great for car spotting, walked out tonight only to see an Austin-Healey 100/6, a bit further I bumped into a 250SL, walked past the local Jensen Interceptor and to top it off there was an Arnage parked exactly where the Mustang was stood earlier tonight.

Those motorist sure know how to make my day :notworthy:

I was very pleased to see so many old MGs, Jags, and Citroëns around England... ;D

ETA: I'd like to get into the customizing field, I think - painting, esp. (as I know nothing about metalworking). Anyone have any suggestions? Does this kind of thing have a following in the UK/Europe?

Old British Cars are absolutely the best :notworthy: Didn't spot too many myself, sadly :(

Costumising an old car is a definite no-no for me though. When it made it through the years in a pretty original state, it's a shame to undo it now

Z, I'm not talking about original beauties in mint condition, I'm talking about the sad, rusted hulks slated for the junkyard and the crusher - the kind that George Barris initially started out modding in the 1940s, or thereabouts...

You're allowed to do that alright as far as I'm concerned :D

That's more of a matter of saving another old beauty!

favourite US fastback is the 1972 Buick Riviera Boattail.
It still can't beat This, this or this.

And, Marco: This one with Hijackers and Chrome sidepipes and a nicely beefed up 427er engine is what you ask for, not a shabby Mercedes plastic crap. ;D

All those childhood dreams.. And I can't even afford This.. :|
