Same here.

Bunch of f**king amateurs. I've lost count of the number of times I've had items (both to and from me) delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen (including, on one occasion, cash that someone had sent me by Recorded delivery - despite an obvious act of theft by a Royal Mail employee my "compensation" was a book of stamps).

Not to mention other old favourites like the "unable to deliver" card from times when I've been at home all day and there was definitely no f**king effort to knock on my door, or Recorded delivery items just being pushed through the letterbox with no attempt to collect a signature. And for months I had the situation of mail for other folk in my building being put through my door ... obviously because the f**ker was too lazy to walk up to the top landing to deliver them.

I currently have a gift to give to a friend (a first edition Tarzan novel) but I'm going to have to wait until I can see her - there's absolutely no f**king way I'm trusting it to our postal service.

In short ...
