Over and out...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

HL effect in action, Dave.

Besides, it's about a lot more than just the music, ain't it?
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

You know, all the groovy post-prog, electric gospel, cement-mixer metal and ambient dronescapes and stuff. You seriously didn't think I meant the Sisters? For shame, Mr Blaast, for shame.

My sentiments exactly :notworthy:

More than 2 days offline from here for me is just impossible. If this place were to cease to exist, then the world would seem a lot darker and colder. If someone has to go then they've got to go - I just hope they understand what they're going to lose and have something special to fill that void :(

Perhaps we should have an official HL effect slogan, then?

"There but for the grace of Heartland go I."

I know it's been applicable in my case, several times...

This place always makes me have faith that that person is out there, it's all a matter of time spent waiting and the effort made in looking

This thread should be subtitled Heartsink :(
