But they have written a song about Peak Oil, which is a good thing (not peak oil, that's a Bad Thing, a very, very Bad Thing).

And, sadly, I think *most* bands' studio output's superior to their live sound. Meh.

Yep. I'm extremely peak oil aware. Nice to find another person who is that isn't on one of the PO forums.

And yep, studio sound is generally better than live sound. The only band I can think of where it wasn't noticeable was FotN. But in regards Lucretia's Daggers, the difference is huge. Whether that's because of a lack of live experience and confidence, is anyone's guess.
