Other bad ones were Reservoir Dogs (as mentioned in the other thread), Clerks (someone mentioned it there, watched it shortly after, switched it of after ten minutes, couldn't stand it) and High Fidelity (also mentioned in the other thread by someone. Just mainly found it to be basically a poor old Hollywood love story/chick flick thing set in a record store to attract music lovers).

But I prefer sticking to the good uns instead, sorry guys

Sinnie: I seem to have two copies of Withnail on DVD -- if you can play UK DVDs you can have one of mine.

Oh and 2001 only makes any sense if you've read the book.

Thank you for the wonderful offer, dear markymark, but the dvd-playing equipment that I use (i.e., the ex's stuff) can't play "foreign" dvds. No worries, though! Thanks to our dear Claire, I was able to watch the whole thing via YooToob. I'll buy the film someday, most definitely.
