Would owning of these in 12-string form be classed as "incriminating evidence"?

I am considered GOTH, by family and friends, even when I am not dressed in black (which does NOT happen very often, granted)

Since I have been known as "Andy The Goth" for over 20 years I guess I am stuck with the image

As an aside, How many Goths does it take to change a lightbulb?

None - they would rather sit in the dark ;-)

Bunch of amateurs!

- Used to subscribe to - and contribute to - The Gothic Society Grimoire. And The Vampire Society magazine.

- Wrote a book of short stories and poetry that one reviewer described as "Gothic ... but with no squirm factor."

- Check my bookshelf - Poe? Lovecraft? Anne Rice? Poppy Brite? Storm Constantine? You betcha.

- And music? Doesn't get much more "dodgy darkling" than my tastes. I thought I'd be in fine company here on Heartland ... but for some reason it just seems to spark ridicule whenever I mention Nosferatu... :innocent:

- And I can often by found crawling around Glasgow's cemeteries getting up to no good...

Image

None more Goth!

NO! It's probably for the best...
Andy TG wrote:Storm Constantine? NEED TO GET MORE
Likewise ... especially the Wraeththu books...
Andy TG wrote:And ALL the Mick Mercer books
Ah, trumped me there! I never got round to getting any of the others after the original "Gothic Rock Black Book"
Andy TG wrote:NOSFERATU - the lot who used to tour in hearse? - PLEASE NO! - Never again - 3 times was 3 times too many! Ridicule NO - They were IMHO just Crap - Sorry Mate
Well my opinion is that they started average, then got good, then went crap! Admittedly everyone else seems to think they started crap, got crapper and are still crap!
Andy TG wrote:Then again they were better than The Screaming Marionettes (Hak Put)
... and I loved The Marionettes, too! ;D

Oh, and of course there was that whole selling pagan / occult books thing that I did for a while...

@ Steven - Oh Yes - thanks again for the Books - your a star

Sorry but the Maroniettes were lousy OTT psudeo Cristian Death - I might even still have the 7" around here somewhere, if I do it is almost 20 years old LOL. I remember the singers hairstyle being very very silly ;-)

Nosferatu were good for a very short while - before the tall singer left and was replaced by a dark dwarf LOL - THEN they went crap. I still have a couple of 12" singles in fact

You really should think about getting the other Mick Mercer books - they really are quite good and informative - even if he does hate The Sisters/Von

Oh I forgot to mention - an almost complete Danielle Dax collection and everything by Dead Can Dance ( OK I KNOW there not Goth - but are very very good)

I am guessing your in your mid-30's, same as myself.

I bow your knowledge Mate
