Curry naan spread with home-made tzatziki (super garlicky with a pinch of cayenne), with sliced chicken tenderloins in a pseudo-satay sauce made from peanut butter, soy-sauce, worcestershire, vinegar, salt, pepper, and a pinch of brown sugar, topped with halved organic cherry tomatoes.
There's more in the kitchen if anyone's hungry.
