agree
Yup, that was my suggestion and comment. Just judging by the reaction and even the rumour that Hinkler was going to re-join Wayne onstage seemed to heighten the anticipation of the shows.
If the Sisters as they are now announced a show and the rumour went round that Hussy and Marx were going to join Andrew onstage for a couple of tunes - not only would it gain a lot more interest on a fan level, but most certainly on a media level too. Which would be beneficial for all concerned.
On a personal level I'd rather stick my member in a blender than see the current incarnation of the Sisters, and from what I've read of their live shows , I'm not alone. But to hear Andrew, Wayne and Gary rattle through a few Sisters tunes for old times sake would be a nice night out. Craig;s attendance would maybe require the need of a team of horses, some blocks of ice to help hell freeze over and a 200 foot restraining order!
Believe me, a number 1 record for The Sisters will happen earlier. I make this clear: not even an album at all, but a #1 album.

You've got to respect Wayne for being so honest and straightforward. I'm glad to hear the man doesn't harbor a grudge toward TSOM any longer. FALAA was always my fave Sisters album and the very fact that Wayne acknowledges that it was a good album is exciting.

came over this thread recently - i totally have to agrre with waynes words about the whole situation
i guess both parties did profit from each other a lot, just by creating this little sisters / m*****n universe which is a mainpart of the soundtrack of many peoples life. both are different, both share lots in common, which is a good thing, a nothing but a good thing.
its strange. having shared only a short period of time together but still having to talk about it 25 years later. one has to become aware of that
would love to see them doing a project together. this would certainly inspire both of them, not even to talk about the media interest. they might need a third party although to start it
and its good that both of them see the whole story much more calm than many of their beloved fans do ....
so andrerw, wayne - whats next?

Just look at what happened (or failed to happen) with Gary's attempt to hook back up via the "1995 and Nowhere" material.
No way on god's green is
going to go down that road, rightly or wrongly.

Nice words of Wayne ... don't know why I've got the very strong feeling that ... the real truth was never spoken ...

i sorrowly don't expect them to do anything together again, but these guys are (getting) old and do not have anything to loose, especially any new mio $ record deal not happening due to having worked together again. so the thing has changed compared to 1995, - which is 14 (!) years ago ....
i fear that some of them fear that the result would reflect badly on the back catalogue, the image, the current touring product. in fact there is no reason not to do it, only fear and distrust.
still waiting for the next one to arrive
