@DocSommer...I did not like the idea that somebody was taking your work and passing it off as their own. That is why I offered up the contact info. You took all the risks, time and trouble, ergo, nobody else should profit from it. Just my opinion!
@VictimofCircumstance...blocking may be difficult, even with having his name & email. He can always get a new email address and use a different name. I think the best anyone can hope for is that he is scared away for awhile.
