My wife and I are about to leave (it's just after noon here) for the Idle Rich, for lunch, drinks, and a generally relaxing afternoon. Drunk? No. Sober?

The effect Sultan mentioned earlier has taken the fun out off such nights for me since I was 25, so I hardly ever drink anymore. As a result I get pished in no time at all as soon as I smell alcohol. Remember Lier, anyone?
