Re Robin Colman, that's what I always thought.
ficoll400 is registered in Germany, so I (also being a German) should possibly know him, but it seems I don't

Then I have no Idea who he is...
Same as Stadsfiets, I'm curious who he might be... He spent some serious money on rare bootlegs in the past...
ficoll400's name is Dirk, long time trader with an impressive collection

Dirk indeed from Berlin, if he wants to add more info about himself I think that should be his choice!

yes, such things would be nice. If someone want´s to tell about himself, he will. Otherwise, he will not. This should be respected. But not all folks think so.

Thank you Paul,
first Paul, sorry for some biddingwar, but as I remember correctly, you always won
I was a little bit afraid joining this community after reading a few parts. Thought: What the h*** are some guys talking about. But as I see, most are cool and cute people.
Hope to finde some people to talk about the Girls, do some trades or just have fun. Happy that I found some other collectors of The Sisters.
My english isn´t very well, so please don´t be to hard if I do not find the right expressions.
And yes, it is a fine forum!

You're welcome.
Sisters collectors are a dying breed, so new blood is always welcome
Most people around here are really nice people. Sometimes people get a little "frustrated" when an auction is not won, but reactions are always made with a smile in this trading section ... Bidding is a competition, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose.
Besides that, there's a lot of knowledge around here, especially by long time collectors like Taylor, DrSisters, Victims Of Circumstance and The Happening.

And a welcome too to the 17Auflage that I've lost so much items on... but that's the game!
Finally you're here, nice! It was incredible uncomfortable bidding against a large collector which we didn't knew by word or other things... Time for talking by let's say...
And about some reaktions, Paul's right: losing is depressive...

Nice to have another collector on HL.
Don't take some comments re your bidding too serious, Paul and Cardoman are right, we all just hate to lose
I also lost some auctions against you but altogether would consider us even as I won some as way.
So, welcome to Heartland - herzlich willkommen.

Good idea, Nic
P.S. I'm currently travelling, but will look at your list of doubles on the weekend - sorry, for being that late but somehow I forgot to reply ...

Isn't it?
It would be a great privilege to see some of you guys collections when we probably have some of the biggest Sisters collectors around at this forum.
I bet you have a lot of items most people never heard of!
I know I can't be the only one who enjoys browsing through peoples collections, right?
Sadly most collectors keep their collection to themselves...

Welcome 17auflage!!
You've saved my echonomy more than once by outbidding me, at least my girlfriend is very happy about that..
As Nic said, it's really interesting to browse other peoples collections but some of them (like me) can't be arsed to put them on print. I just have my little want-list with me wherever I go.

Thanks to all. That was better than I expected.
Yes, ebay is just a game. And all of you outbid me on a lot of items. But I got upset reading some threats with my name or other things which are not true.
A long time ago the great sisterstekland (hope I wrote this correctly) invited my to join this communitiy. But I lost the contact cause I am not really good with the PC or Internet. I created an account and read and read and made my thought about some people....

After that i had more fun on ebay....even if i didn´t want the item. Sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I am just a small light in collecting sisters stuff. My list comes maybe. But i have to learn to work with a PC. So it will take a time. Yes, I am still working on my list...Interalia
@xfloorshowx I am always happy, when i can bring luck to girls.....(kidding)
@VIC --> we should talk....
learned lot of things of really great collectors. Like Taylor, The Happening and others....
And i always have my wish list with me.
I really wanted this Ghost Rider LP but i was not able to get enough information about it. So I only was nummber 4 in this race.
Thanks for the warm welcome! Happy to be here. Hope we can have fun.

The price of that boot was outrageous... I guess it was one of the most expensive ones I've ever seen on Ebay ...

One of the most expensive boots ever, definitively.
The most expensive boot I've sen was a copy of the Last Magician red gatefold ltd. 40 which went for over €750 some years ago. But the Gost Riders lp was amongst the next (heated up by myself

) together with some copies of Green Eldritch and Halloween which were sold for around €500 in recent years
... and, not to forget, a test pressing of the Floodland Demos 7 inch which was sold by Y some years ago and went also for around €500. As far as I can remember, the winner was ficoll400 again (Dirk

) and the 2nd highest bidder was me (of course)
