Very nice stuff, you guys with Q, W and X :notworthy:

Guess the price will easily double up before it's over.

I decided that my "big spending days" on Ebay are over. I have so much Sisters stuff lying around, and (again) spending hundreds of Euro's on a record... it doesn't satisfy me as much as it did in the past ... I don't stop collecting items (smaller in amount), but I'm not gonna pay those ridiculous prices anymore...

Long live those who do :notworthy:

Very understandable as you also have more mouths to feed!

I spend hundreds only on official stuff. Bootlegs have a much lower max for me. :D

so no-one is gonna bid on this one.. or is it just psychological warfare before the battle :?

I´m still considering going to Leeds on the 8th so I'm out unless I'm drunk by the time the auction ends... big barbecue tonight :D

My son once bit Patricias head off a bootleg 7" cover, I guess he liked it because he was p*ssed off when I took it out of his mouth.. I wasn't that happy either

Lucky me :D

Still can't believe I actually got it this cheap, didn't expect to win the auction at all (max bid was 345). Seems like everyone just capitulated thinking it would be just too expensive.

Nice that you use the word "everyone", like there are many people bidding  ... I guess it's just 4 or 5 peple willing to pay those amounts of money for Sisters stuff, and guess what: ... they've all posted in this very thread!

oh, and I don't think 345 GBP is cheap though, but congrats anyways

Luckily for me,I only collect Sisters shirts, although they can be expensive, they don't go for hundreds of pounds.I've got the odd bit of bootleg vinyl, but it was bought from record fairs about twenty years ago!

I'd quite happily sell mine for £250. In fact i'd probably sell any of my records for that amount of cash.

Well done Despair, i thought i paid through the nose for mine (about a tenth of the ebay price)!
This could pay for most of my trip to Iceland later this year. I wonder what else will turn up next?

matt..

Well, yeah :D with the exception of taylor, The-Happening and Drsisters I guess.
paul wrote:oh, and I don't think 345 GBP is cheap though, but congrats anyways
345 was my max bid, 310 the actual price. Of course I can't argue with anyone who thinks this is expensive for a 7" vinyl record, but I am quite happy with the price I got it for.
Drenchrom wrote:I'd quite happily sell mine for £250.
I'll buy it in a couple of months when I get my tax refund if you still have it by then! Most likely someone else will buy it before that though.
Drenchrom wrote:Well done Despair, i thought i paid through the nose for mine (about a tenth of the ebay price)!
I am in a pretty fortunate job situation at the moment, and the weak GBP gives me good exchange rates. For £31 each I'd be happy to buy the complete alphabet.

If we do a list here at all, we shouldn't forget some great collectors such as spiggymr7, Bruno from Belgium and Ficol (apologies to anyone I missed) - you guys all have great collections :notworthy:

And please excuse my ignorance.

Judging by the avatar, spiggymr7 is the same person as SPIGGYTAPES who provided some excellent sisters torrents on dime.
