favorite records of all time

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

As much as I really like NMA I could never get over the production on SB. It's got great songs, but I think the band just spent too long in the studio with that album. The songs sound much better on ...& Nobody Else IMHO.

If I want to listen to Portishead (or Massive Attack for that matter) I'll just turn on whatever TV advert is playing with somber type subject matter! They were played on Hollyoaks the other day for gods sake!

2 Fantastic albums but overused.

I did neglect to mention the two, albums i haven't listened to in a while, but very good.
Particularly i like Mogwai's EP+6 :von: , a collection of old eps, there is a new mogwai album out, but haven't had the finances to purchase a copy yet, so not sure how good that one is.

Strange that was the same excuse that got me to see them too.

Spent most of the gig sorting out fights in the crowd (mainly between girls).
