after a seeking it´s seems that in 1989/90(when the klf made the film) this actor was recording tween peaks so....
and in 1989 this actor had 22(the guy in the video seems at least 10 years older)

if this movie is from 1989/90, it can't be von. he cannot grow up such long hairs for 90's. i thought it's from 92 or something around.

Quarter of the way down is about making the movie. Seems the bit available is from 89. Only Von images I could date from 89 (admittedly from a 2 sec search) was the off beat stuff. But that was in Feb so maybe....

come on folks, it is a skinny person who looks the way Von looks when he looks like that and he has shades on
I wouldn't be surprised if Andrew indeed had something to do with KLF but why would he be in the video?
to be honest I don't even think he looks like him anyway
