if this movie is from 1989/90, it can't be von. he cannot grow up such long hairs for 90's. i thought it's from 92 or something around.

Quarter of the way down is about making the movie. Seems the bit available is from 89. Only Von images I could date from 89 (admittedly from a 2 sec search) was the off beat stuff. But that was in Feb so maybe....

Although I really like KLF and everyone should read the works by Bill Drummond, I must say it's a very, very good VON impersonator.
