I recall (well I think I recall) when I was an ikkle Debaser, they didn't bother changing the clocks for a couple of years. We were all giving flourescent and reflective armbands and off we toddled.

I'm positive this happened, I'm convinced this happened...did it happen? About 1969/70 it would have been
