Know what you mean...after 3 years in London I am pleased to be anywhere else and could choose worse than Cumbria. Nothing wrong with Glasgae apart from they need to get out more methinks....
PS got a meeting in a couple of weeks with N*L in Glasgow.....

hmmm, maybe city centre would be better, maxwell arms is abit dodgy and looks like a building site, and also depends on what evening shift I'm working on. Merchant City is brand new at the moment, Locomotiv or O'neills next to Arta have a great selection of beer and food! Och we'll sort something out.
