Ben might be lovely and all..but we need a proper guitar player.....for the 1st time ever.....AND a proper bass player.......We had that back in the day.....why can't we have it again? Cos Von is a cheap bugger and doesn't want them on his payroll? This I ask you.........

I like Ben. His guitar parts are fresh and powerful. Especially his solo in Something Fast is brilliant!

I don't know, I have no idea what a "proper guitar player" is. I am just a listener, without any theoretical knowledge about music. I either like what I hear or I don't, and Ben I like.

As for "proper guitar players", well maybe in the first place we should admit that our beloved Lead Singer is not really a "proper singer" either. He has the feel and the vibe and the moves and the form and content and everything but let's face it he's not José Carreras is he. I personally believe that The Sisters have never been about technique and skill, this is not what defines them.

I actually think Ben's playing (in the context of TSOM) has improved, and that he fits in, stylistically, a lot better than he did when he first came on board.
