Sisters 16.2.81 T-shirt

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Had it been free, I'm sure I would have obtained one actually at the gig, rather than having to get one second hand later.
I got mine for free at the Leeds Uni Refectory gig. Can't remember what the case was for the second night at the Leeds Poly gig though.

You had to present a Reptile House card and gig ticket as you walked in and the shirt was handed out in exchange for the ticket.
Yeah I got mine in return for the Reptile House card. If I was meant to pay I somehow didn't... oopps

I got mine from The Reptile House sale in about '95 for a tenner, I think. Too worn, knackered and grey to wear now (the T-shirt, that is).

I'm hoping for some kind of freebie in return for the ticket as per 1991 and 2001. Tight? Me?

I don't necessarily agree with everything I think.

Oh and hi Nuno! Image
"given away for the cost of the ticket. Issued at the door on the way in to the "reptile house members only gigs" 10th anniversary. Mark would be too young to remember this he may well still have been in play school at the time of the gig, not like "old git" me.

My friend Dave went to the gig and got his free t shirt, he stuffed it up the t shirt he was wearing for the night  , of coarse it fell out and he lost it, he still moans about it to this day, so if anyone found it on the night, now you now where it came from and he asks if he can have it back please

My Mother threw mine out due to it having little holes on the front of it.
God knows what caused them. ;D

It's not bad, except the pattern has a slight pinkness to it. It isn't very silver.
Cheers.
