Incidentally Jan, did you share this anywhere other than here?
He's got hold of it somehow, so have a think about who it could be perhaps.

Yes agreed to share it on dcr page but including all my description. I know that this might increase things going sideways. Still I also had a case wich I shared here only. Some seller seem to be pretty specialized to certain bands and probably know forums and blogs.
I got a hint thanks to eggi and already plenty reports thanks to this forum and some fb groups
I'll try buy it myself last minute if ebay can't react in time... Did it before, funny discussion with the seller afterwards

Got a feedback by now. Some fairytale about how the stuff got listed again and a promise not to list it again... We'll see...

I’ve just found it. This 'thorrecords' has stolen several recordings from this forum. (2 years ago Vienna, too, among others)

Just been reporting a swath of The Cure stuff on evilbay & I eventually stumbled across a way to report the seller themselves.
http://ocsnext.ebay.com/ocs/cusr?from_ocs=1&query=3133
I've bookmarked that page as it was a right PITA to find.

Is ebay-reporting still a thing? Stumbled upon this and looks like they've got a handful of CDs on sale

Reported.
Although they make it incredibly difficult.
You have to report individual items rather than the sellers themselves.

Okay nice one Steve. Must admit I've never looked into the nuts and bolts of reporting folk on there (but I shall do so), I was just loosely aware of this thread's existence, and also the current climate. I'd probably have let it pass if the covers weren't so half-arsed

That's part of the reason I stopped going to record fairs sometime around 2002-ish. I only went for the bootlegs
and it got to a point where a lot of the stuff I'd have been interested in was all stuff I'd already downloaded in
the previous weeks/months. I even suspected some of the sellers were visiting the same sites as I was. And all
the covers were so half-arsed, and often the person with the scissors couldn't even cut in a straight line.
