The Marching Men - First Gig

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Well...

I have more hair.

For accuracy's sake, I must state that we're more like the Sisters than you believe, i.e. we don't have a bassist, just two guitarists.

Also, we don't release albums.

They're thin on the ground in Leeds.

Or at least the ones with enough self-loathing to play covers.

Do we need to remind you about the Lennon Incident?

I'd like to stress I'm bigger than Eldritch though.

You might want to spell "subliminal message" properly... :innocent:

It's a subliminal spelling mistake. :innocent:

You spotted my deliberate mistake then... :innocent:

As it happens, I need to change it from lower case to caps after checking the original UTR/Reptile House shirt I based it on.

 You're probably right; "message" is a word I consistently spell wrong for some reason. I seem to automatically spell it phonetically and fail to notice unless there's a spell checker activated or some kind soul points it out.
