Although I am reliably informed that the sofa from Village Place was rescued and remains in regular use. Considering the kind of contraband that ends up down the back of a regular Leeds 6 sofa, I'd love to go searching down the back of that one!

there's always a story to be told...

The throne, the throne....... It belongs to Blackpool Tower circus, and it was blagged by myself, the day before the shoot. We then had to change our hire car, for something bigger, then, on the day of the shoot, we had to figure out how to fit it into the back of a Vauxall Insignia.. It did fit, but it also almost killed the car, that had 38 miles on the clock.
This is the very car:-

Yes indeedy, prepare your lovely selves for yet more Violet mayhem...
In contrast to the rather suave "Dandelion King", "A Little Punk Thing" is a somewhat rude and raucous comment on the state of things now and then.
Audio downloads of "A Little Punk Thing" and "Dandelion King" are currently available to pledgers:

I have to say I never really "got" The March Violets, and have always assumed it was one of those things you had to have been there at the time to appreciate.
But these to me, these new tracks sound far superior to anything they were doing "back in the day."
