hey, pop pickers. i figured it was about time i raised my head back above the parapet.

thanks for all your kinds words, and thanks to the mod team for holding the fort and to fiendy for deflecting marvellously ;)

anyways, i realised that absence was starting to cause more concern and more questions than it really warranted, so i thought i better check in.

i'm fine :)

my hair isn't purple, i'm still technically a bloke (pre-op :lol:) but i do have a nice new pair of spectacles like dame edna's ;)

things in your life can change quite dramatically sometimes, often very seriously. the last few weeks i just haven't been in the right headspace to follow the goings on here. sometimes one just needs to step back from the day to day trivia and spend a bit of time in your own headspace, while you get your head around stuff and things get back on track.

there's is some fairly sad news but it doesn't involve a birth or a death, so it's nothing that time won't heal.

but yeah, panic over. QB hath returned.

and thank you again for all your concern and good wishes 8)

now move along, nothing to see here. back to business as usual...
